The highlights:
- Josh brought the wrong maps. We didn't realize it until we were 3.5 hours into the drive.
- Late night arrival couldn't find the trail head in the dark....using flashlights out the windows to help. Heavy snow.
- -6 degrees before the windchill - instafreeze! Heard coyotes (chris brings beef stick into the tent...until he is kicked out)
- Steve is a walking backpack! All you can see are two little feet from behind his pack.
- Matt gets his official trail name Scotch Rocket.
- Tower fire up on the mountain in the snow.
- Steve finds the best toilet spot on the second night, in clear eye shot from the campfire.
